  • Marc is a proven Senior Tax Executive (20+ years) with deep, global experience across a variety of industries such as steel, durable consumer goods, electronics, telecommunications, and tax advisory services for corporate clients.
  • Marc has served as the head of tax for large multinationals. Accomplishments include leading tax restructuring projects, completion of M&A transactions, outsourcing and insourcing of tax activities and establishing novel and efficient processes within finance and tax.
  • During his career Marc acted as member of the Supervisory Board of Bauknecht AG in Germany, and as board member and CFO for various companies in Italy, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and the Netherlands where he, amongst others, implemented corporate governance processes.

Werner Kormelink

  • Werner has more than 20 years’ experience as in-house tax director and tax advisor with large  multinationals and large privately owned businesses in Western and Eastern Europe, Israel, US and Japan in industries such as automotive, logistics, pharmaceutical and shipping.
  • Achievements include management of effective tax rates, risks and reputation, change management,  M&A, divestments, corporate restructuring and transactions, transfer pricing, treasury projects, tax audits, WHT issues and setting up corporate governance projects.
  • During his career, Werner has been part of the management board of holding & finance entities in the Netherlands with sizeable assets and transactions, including, but not limited to, implementing corporate governance processes, day-to-day management and solving tax and legal matters that related to these entities.
